Celebrating Beer Since 2007
The San Diego International Beer Competition celebrates the craftsmanship, flavors, tradition, innovation and vast variety of beer throughout the world.
Brought to you by the team from the San Diego County Fair, this competition highlights the popularity of both brewing (and drinking!) in San Diego County—often referred to as the “craft beer capital of America.”
Registration is now open—with 83 styles of popular and specialty pilsners, ales, cider and mead—and now expanding to include hard seltzer and kombucha! The competition is open to any licensed brewery, brewpub, meadery, cider, seltzer or hard kombucha producer. All entries must gain their alcohol through natural fermentation (no use of distilled spirits).
